Due to the recent boundary change regarding the zones of Gateway and Cambrian North we have prepared an
election form for bowlers who were previously a Gateway member or previously a member of the St-Charles
Bowlers' Association to declare their zone if they find themselves living in a different zone as part of
this change. Please review the "Grandfathering Clause" document for the details of the grandfathering
rule before completing the application. Applications should be sent to the NO5PBA President at the email
address on the form.
